The number of victims of landslides and floods in Brazil has reached 95 people. In the state of Rio de Janeiro declared three days of mourning. Such abundant and prolonged rains in the region has not been the last 40 years. 36 hours precipitation was twice the monthly norm. As a result, many of the streets of Rio just to the waist were under water.
