The only space station mankind. At the shuttle - about 550 tons per orbit.
Build it for almost 13 years and still not completed (the Russian segment was not completed).
Recall, according to some estimates, the minimum mass of the ship for a Mars mission - just 500 tons (optional solar panels or reactor + thrusters).
The internal volume of approximately 800m3 ISS (in the "World" was 350m3) - counted on us to clear the square meters apartment - somewhere 320m2 - three-bedroom apartment (although the station is not quite true - in weightlessness can make better use of the walls and ceiling).
