The neighbor's teenager rasskeal very vigorously on his car in the yards than very annoying neighbors.
Despite their numerous warnings, he never ceased to do so.
And one morning to find his car like that - right on the tree.
Who and how did it - is not known. Neighbors are silent as fish.
