Engineering firm Joeb Moore & Partners renovated old house in Stonington, Connecticut, USA. Built near the bay, it was designed in 1945 by architect John Lincoln. Lightweight design team of stone and steel needed for redevelopment and restoration of compliance with the principles of the modern lifestyle. The result is a spacious house with open plan layout, where the living room, dining room, kitchen, recreation room and guest bedroom with en-suite bathrooms are designed on the ground floor, and the parent and children's bedrooms handed down to the second level.
