News in one of social networks today I was just shocked. Police Lieutenant Colonel Ivan Privalov, who was repeatedly awarded the state orders and medals, was forced to put them all on sale. His family urgently needed funds for it to make major repairs at home, which is destroyed before our eyes, and utilities just turn a blind eye to his appeals to them.
