Prince Dmitry Yugoslav auctioned auction house Christie's with a unique amethyst necklace belonging to the Russian Emperor Alexander III. The weight is 42 stone, 44 carats. It was produced and processed in the Siberian mines of the Russian Empire and later presented great-grandmother of Prince Montenegrin Princess Elena, along with a large collection of amethyst. Clasp Necklace made in the form of Savoy knot, the family character of the Italian House of Savoy, as a sign of eternal friendship and kinship of two aristocratic families.
