Christian Louboutin is suing Yves Saint-Laurent for the red soles

famous French shoemaker Christian Louboutin sued the fashion house Yves Saint-Laurent. The conflict has become a red sole shoes. Bright color is a trademark of Christian Louboutin and, according to the plaintiffs, the use of "chips" mislead consumers. Louboutin red sole registered as a trademark in 2008, and even before, as the new YSL collection appeared on the shelves, turned to competitors with a demand to repaint the soles of their shoes. The appeal was ignored. Now the fashion house Christian Louboutin required to withdraw "fakes" of the sale and to pay compensation of $ 1 million.
