Noah directed by Aronofsky may disappoint the faithful

Movies on biblical themes always run the risk of angering the religious part of the audience and make accusations in the wrong approach - from vulgarity to heresy.

The upcoming film "Noah" awakened believers (or rather, in companies that represent them in Hollywood - there are) a strange interest, bordering on outrage.

An organization called Faith Driven Consumer conducted a survey with a request to comment on the film, which is due for release on March 28.

One of the questions was, "Are you satisfied with the way Hollywood embodies biblical themes in the movie?»

According to the survey, 98% of respondents were not satisfied with the Hollywood version of the biblical stories.

One of the viewers of the film (during the "screening" - the test view) said:

"The biblical patriarch Noah is represented in the painting like crazy, irrational, religious fanatic who fixated on modern problems of overpopulation and the environment.»

But Darren Aronofsky, director of "Noah" was just unhappy with the fact that the studio Paramount to curry favor with the faithful when considering alternative version of the film.

This was done to appease the "small but significant" segment of the audience from a religious audience.

It is interesting that the very character of Noah is a biblical epic minor, it can not be compared to Christ and the apostles, for example.

Hardly version Aronofsky throw a challenge to the present believers, and repeat the feat of "The Da Vinci Code," but after the premiere learn all the details. Incidentally, this is the first film director in the last four years (in 2010, Darren scored his creation «Black Swan»).
