The spirit of the Olympic Games
Just I watched the semi-final men's ski sprint.
Our Anton Gafarov, unfortunately, not without the help of an opponent, fell on the turn. The fall was very hard, there was an injury to the same broken ski. Gafarov was left lying on the track, writhing in pain. Chances of winning are not left ... Trying to get to his feet again only upset the Russians back to the snow. A little breath, Gafarov still managed to get up and down the slowly rolling a distance.
Halfway Anton again collapsed to the snow. Ski, which is still somehow held together, it is broken down, and the only skier with his hands and one ski to the finish line moved!
Fortunately, he comes to the aid of the representative of the service teams of Norway and the athlete changes the ski. Anton, after all, finish, the loud roar of the crowd of spectators! That is the true spirit of the Olympics, showcasing the incredible spirit of sport and the desire to finish the race in spite of everything!
