Rostov-on-Don, the fourth day in a snowdrift
In just one day on January 28 at Rostov-on-Don had the monthly rainfall. But the blizzard continued retaliation and further. January 30 in the region declared a state of emergency. The city was under a dense cover of snow, cut off from the nearby settlements. Citizens affected by traffic jams, lack of bread and other basic commodities in the shops. It is impossible to move through the streets, because the utility can not cope with the effects of the elements, and the Mayor of the City encourages residents to clean up their own snow.
