Slovak architecture and design studio «Nice Architects» with its own unique concept for a new social quarters in the Australian Adelaide has won several awards. And in the main competition for the municipality, took second place.

Will actually implemented the project, no one can say. After all, the work took second place. Nevertheless, we felt it necessary to share with you this extraordinary project. At the core of the concept are the two key and important moment for today - ecological principles and economic feasibility. Both issues have been thoroughly worked out.





Man-made hill is the basis of recycled construction waste. This is not just a hill. The building, which will use geothermal energy and to carry out air conditioning throughout the quarter.
