High-rise slums of Caracas (20 photos)

This unusual skyscraper called Centro Financiero Confinanzas located in Caracas, capital of Venezuela, and it consists of 45 floors, which, unfortunately, have not been completed. The walls of the tower were built in 1990, and when the construction work in 1993 were in full swing, killed the owner of a corporation that has financed its construction. For 15 years the construction of an inch not to budge, but in October 2007, it decided to settle unfinished building fearless squatters and their families who have lost a roof over their heads because of the financial situation in the country. They began to settle in this abandoned building, and it was gradually transformed, acquiring "living" appearance.
