Greek salad

1 pink Crimean onion,
200 g feta cheese,
1 clove garlic,
2 tbsp. l. balsamic vinegar,
5 Art. l. olive oil,
4 tomatoes,
1 cucumber salad,
100 g olives,
salt and pepper to taste.

Method of preparation:

Cucumber cut in half and cut into thick slices, tomatoes - slices. Pink Crimean onion cut into halves rings, feta cheese cut into cubes or coarsely crumbled, crushed garlic. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Prepare the filling. For this purpose, a small bowl whip fork olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper to form a smooth sauce. Drizzle salad dressing and garnish with olives. Better to take black and green olives to give the salad a picturesque view.
