Potatoes baked in cream cheese


 
Ingredients:

 - 1 kg of potatoes
 - 2 tbsp. drain. oil
 - 200 g of cheese
 - 400 ml cream
 - Pepper, salt - to taste
 - Nutmeg - to taste

Very easy to prepare side dish that will suit and meat, and fish. Potatoes cooked in every family, and quite often, instead of just boil it or fry, I offer you a simple recipe, but much more unusual and not bored.

Preparation:

1) Potatoes mine, purify and cut into thin slices. In the form of baking potatoes spread layers, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
2) We spread the potato layers, sprinkling each layer with salt, pepper and nutmeg
3) Fill all the cream and butter in small pieces spread over the entire surface. Cheese rub on a coarse grater, sprinkle them all the baking dish and send in a preheated 180 degree oven for 1 hour 15 minutes.
4) Sprinkle with cheese potatoes
5) In order to ensure that the dish is ready or not - Pierce potatoes with a fork. If it is mild - garnish ready if crunches - leave in the oven and check after 15 minutes. Ready to decorate potatoes with dill or parsley.
