raw chicken egg - 2 pcs.
Salt - a pinch
ground nutmeg - pinch
Milk - 150 ml
vegetable oil b / odor - 2 tablespoons
wheat flour / s - 6 tbsp
Soda - 0, 5 tsp
cheese of any kind - 170 g

Egg, salt, milk, vegetable oil, flour and soda cook dough. I used a blender to smooth. The dough should have not thick, but not liquid sour cream. Add grated cheese to the dough on a coarse grater, season with nutmeg. Preremeshat good. You just need to pour the batter into the pan. Cake cook in a preheated pan, greased, with the lid closed on low heat. When the dough has risen, and on the surface of bubbles appear, you need to carefully turn the cake on the other side. Cake can be served as a hot or cold. Cooking cake took me about 20 minutes to decorate son))).
