Baked chicken "in a hurry".


 
Cooking time 45-55 minutes, it turns out juicy chicken with a crispy crust.

Necessary
Chicken (on my 2300 g)
3/4 h. L. salt (no slides)
1 hr. L. ground black pepper
1 hr. L. spices to taste (I paprika, hops-suneli, Lavrushka)

 - Preheat oven to 230 *
 - Cut the fat in chicken, chicken wash,
 - Thoroughly wipe the inside and outside of moisture - it's mandatory wet hen will spend too much time for evaporation until starts to fry.
 - Mix the dry ingredients: a half chicken mixture to rub under the skin (hand side of the head, then the breast and back), the second half - to rub inside

 - Then gently flip the chicken and fry for 10 - 20 minutes (depending on the size of the carcass, I have 10 minutes.)
 - Again turn over and dozharivat 5-10 min (I 10).

Garnish:
 - Potatoes are cleaned, cut into quarters, dry (wipe with a towel),
 - Salt and pour 1-2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil, add optional herbs (spices), stir and put on a baking
 - Put the pan on the lower level when first turned chicken
