For the preparation we need such products:
Salmon fillet - 0, 5 kg
Salt (sea large) - 1 st.lozh
Sugar - 0, 5 st.lozh
Soy sauce is good quality - 2 st.lozh.
Olive oil - 2 st.lozh.
Lemon juice - 2 st.lozh
Coriander powder - a pinch (do not miss this ingredient, it turns out to taste the same)
Method of preparation:
Prepared fillets first rub sugar, then salt and ground coriander.
Mix the soy sauce, lemon juice and olive oil.
At the bottom of glassware put fillets and pour prepared marinade. Several times to turn the fish, cover with a lid or plastic wrap and send it in the fridge (I even sprinkle a little chopped dill).
After one day, the fish is ready for use.
This fish can be used in salads or eat just like that.
