The inscriptions on the building read: "Fly pigeons fly. For you, there is no obstacle anywhere "; "May there always be sunshine. May there always be sky "; "May there always be Mama, Let there be peace." The figures indicate the apex of the date of commencement of work - in 1954. And the above explanation that the work begun in 1954 and completed - in 1967 - on the eve of the 50th anniversary of the revolution. All ornaments are made of wood and metal.
