Cakes from the French test.


Flour - 3 stack.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l.
Margarine - 200 g
Milk - 1 stack.
Yeast - 30g
Eggs - 2 pcs


The softened margarine mixed with sugar. Add eggs and mix well all the little prisolit.

In the warm milk dissolve yeast raw. If dry yeast - to mix them with flour.
Add milk and stir in margarine, add flour and knead the dough.
May need more flour or liquid, depending on the consistency of the dough.

Ready to put the dough in p / e package and tie. Leave on for 15-20 minutes to rise.
Then you can bake cakes with different fillings.
I like most of potatoes, fried onions and mushrooms.
