Baursaks cottage cheese (kitchen Kazakhstan)


 
Ingredients:
200 gr. cheese
3 eggs
3 tbsp. spoons of sour cream (or butter 70-100 g.)
1/2 tsp soda, do not need to put out
pinch of salt
0, 5, Art. sugar
flour - to get the dough sparsely
Vegetable oil for frying

Preparation:
1. Mix all ingredients except flour.
2. Add the resulting mass flour and knead the dough (it will be a little stick to hands).
Table 3. floured, roll out the dough into a harness and cut into pieces of length 3-3, 5 cm, to form balls.
4. In a large pot heat the oil well and fry baursaks, stirring constantly, until golden brown. Take out, drain off fat and sprinkle top with powdered sugar.
