Terroristichesky act of September 11, 2001 - a chain of catastrophes that caused massive loss of life in New York, Washington and southwestern Pennsylvania in the capture of passenger planes and containers of World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon. As a result of a terrorist act, not counting the 19 terrorists who killed a man in 2973, citizens of the United States and 91 countries, including 96 citizens and immigrants from the former Soviet Union. Killed 246 people who flew on the aircraft, in 2602 - in the towers of the World Trade Center (of which 343 firefighters and 60 police officers) and 125 - in the Pentagon; In addition, 24 people are still missing.
