Drama in the North Atlantic (4 photos)

A few weeks ago, the Canadian Coast Guard rescued the crew of a Spanish trawler on fire Monte Galineiro, all 22 people, it was 250 miles southeast of Newfoundland. Salvation was dramatic - the people who jumped into the liferaft, who just into the icy water, and some were not even afford to vest.

Fishermen were very lucky when they gave a distress signal, close, just 10 miles away, turned out to be the Canadian Coast Guard Ship Leonard J. Cowley. In general, no one was hurt, no one needed hospitalization.
