«Operation Restoration IV» - is learning to surf, surfers conducted by the Association of amputees (abbreviated AMPSURF). This event took place on the beach Pismo, California, from 13 to 20 August. AMPSURF - organization helping war veterans and people with disabilities just as well as the wounded in the performance of duty servicemen, learn to surf and feel the power of the ocean and the sport.
