Fish with mushroom sauce.

Based on 4 servings:
 - 4 white fish steaks (whole)
 - Butter 100 g
 - Fresh mushrooms 250 g
 - Lemon juice 2 tablespoons
 - Slivki300 ml
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Parsley.
Sodium fish generously with salt and pepper inside and out.
Melt butter in a pan and fry the finely chopped mushrooms for about 5 minutes. Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
Melt the remaining butter in another pan and lightly fry the fish until golden brown for 4 minutes on each side.
Shift in the shape of a fish in a single layer.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
In a frying pan with mushrooms pour the cream, bring to a boil and zaley fish sauce. Put in the oven for 15-20 minutes until cooked fish.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Everything is ready!
Serve with any side dish to your liking.
