Chocolate Pancake


 
We will need:
Egg - 1 piece
Sugar - 1-2 tablespoons
Salt - 0, 5 tsp
Milk - 250ml
Flour ~ 150g (1 cup)
Soda - 0.5 tsp (to repay vinegar), you can use baking powder instead of baking soda - 1 teaspoon
Vegetable oil - 2-3 tablespoons
Cocoa - 2-3 tablespoons

Preparation:
Beat eggs with sugar and salt until simmering.
Add milk, mix well, gradually add the sifted flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps (I'm doing a blender or mixer).
Add cocoa. Pour vegetable oil (can substitute melted butter).
Redeem soda, add to the batter and mix well again. Leave to stand for 5-10 minutes. During this time, heat the pan.
