Shortwave radio UVB-76 is located in the village of breweries in 40 km north-west of Moscow. Among amateur radio operators around the world known as the "Hummer» (The Buzzer). Since 1982, she conveys the clock broadcasting continuous noise at a frequency of 4625 kHz. 0 buzzing sound lasts 8 seconds, interrupted 1-1, 3 seconds and repeats 21-34 times a minute.
