Station UVB-76 filed a fourth signal for 30 years.
Shortwave radio UVB-76 is located in the village of breweries in 40 km north-west of Moscow. Among amateur radio operators around the world known as the "Hummer» (The Buzzer). Since 1982, she conveys the clock broadcasting continuous noise at a frequency of 4625 kHz. 0 buzzing sound lasts 8 seconds, interrupted 1-1, 3 seconds and repeats 21-34 times a minute. Appointment station unknown.
For all 28 years of broadcasting there were only three cases in which the air came a voice message. Each time it was a kind of coded message in Russian. And August 23, 2010 it happened again.
As reported by Western radio amateurs around 17:32 GMT Station UVB-76 gave the following message: "UVB-76, UVB-76 - 93 882 74 14 35 NAIMINA 74 - 9 August 3rd February 8 Nicholas, Anna, Ivan, Michael, Ivan Nicholas, Anna, 7, 4, 1, 4, 3, 5, 7, 4 »(mp3).
Previous broadcast stations carried December 24, 1997, September 12, 2002 and February 21, 2006.
