400 g cauliflower
1 kartoshinu
2 cloves garlic
1 onion
3 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp mustard
crackers (homemade)
Hard cheese
Salt, pepper, herbs
Cabbage and potatoes boiled in salted water. Parallel passiruem garlic and onion until transparent. Add to cabbage and potatoes. Cook until tender.

After draining the unit into a separate bowl, whisk blender and add products to taste the broth, until that density, which is pleasant. Then add the sour cream and mustard. Decorate with croutons, cheese and herbs. Soup is ready.
