Salad with chicken and огурцами



Ingredients
  • 400 g of canned corn
  • 250 g boiled chicken fillet
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers
  • 200 g carrots in Korean
  • 1 onion
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • 100 g of mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 50 g croutons
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil


Cooking
  1. Slice the chicken and pickled cucumber in small cubes.
  2. Slice the onion rings, dip in flour and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
  3. Mix in a large bowl, chicken meat, corn, Korean carrot, cucumber, onion, cheese.
  4. Grind the garlic with the help of specially press, and then touch it with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper.
  5. Season salad with mayonnaise. Just before serving add to the dish crackers.


Salad with мандаринами



Ingredients
  • 100 g of green onions
  • 100 g of tangerine slices
  • 1 Apple
  • 100 g feta cheese
  • 50 g croutons
  • 50 g of nuts
  • 50 g salad leaves
  • 1 avocado


The ingredients for the sauce
  • 50 g olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Cooking
  1. Cut cubes of Apple and avocado, and also grind the green onions and lettuce.
  2. In a small bowl mix all ingredients for the sauce.
  3. Put all the ingredients for a salad. Before serving, season salad with the sauce.


Egg салат



Ingredients
  • 12 eggs
  • 50 g green onions
  • 100 g Bulgarian pepper
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp mustard
  • 50 g of sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp wine
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp wine vinegar


Cooking
  1. Cook hard-boiled eggs, cut into cubes and place in a large bowl.
  2. Cut into cubes the tomatoes and bell pepper, then grind onion.
  3. Prepare the dressing: in a small bowl, mix sour cream, mustard, vinegar, wine and spices.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the salad. Fill the dish just before serving.


Salad with beans and ветчиной



Ingredients
  • 200 g canned beans
  • 1 onion
  • 1 fresh pepper
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 150 g of ham
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 tbsp wine vinegar
  • 50 g olive oil


Cooking
  1. Mix in a small bowl the onion, vinegar, salt and sugar. Leave the mixture to steep for 1 hour.
  2. Cut diced peppers, tomatoes, ham. Mix these ingredients with the onions and beans.
  3. Before serving, season salad with olive oil.


Italian салат



Ingredients
  • 400 g pasta (can choose color)
  • 150 g grated cheese
  • 200 g olives
  • 200 g of sausage pepperoni


The ingredients for the sauce
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper


Cooking
  1. Boil pasta until cooked and rinse them with cold water.
  2. Grind the sausage and put it with olives, grated cheese and pasta.
  3. In a small container mix all the ingredients for the sauce.
  4. Add to the salad exactly half of the prepared filling, then thoroughly mix and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
  5. After the salad has cooled down, add the rest of the sauce and again stir.
