Lemons with allingredients
  • 8 lemons
  • 150 g sea salt
  • 3/4 tsp ground cardamom
  • 3 tsp ground coriander
  • 2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 tsp of fennel seeds
  • 1 Bay leaf


Cooking
  1. Carefully wash the lemons with a brush and do 2 longitudinal incisions on each fruit.


  2. In each incision mound a teaspoon of salt. Then carefully ultrambuy lemons in a sterilized jar.


  3. Grist lemons sea salt: 1 teaspoon 4 lemon. Also at this stage of cooking add in a jar of spice if you cook version of the recipe with their addition.


  4. Close the jar and keep the lemons in a dark place at room temperature.


  5. After 3 days, open the jar and the maximum compacted lemons so that the juice covered them completely.




After a month the lemons are ready! Before you can add them in various dishes, should be washed in citrus water.
