First, you have to unclench each finger with a clenched fist of the left hand. Do it slowly, but firmly. When you open the palm, with the thumb of the right hand press on the active point, which is located in the middle of the palm (see figure). It is responsible for concentration.

Do this at least 5 times, alternating the inhale and exhale: press – inhale, hold – exhale. Do not try to work too hard and fast. In the practice of any Oriental massage, it is crucial to balance the combination of the movements and their fluidity. This is not to say the weakness and laziness – on the contrary, that you want you have the reserves of energy on the path of change your state of mind.

So you've done the exercise for the left hand. Of course, the same needs to perform right. Then proceed to the second exercise aimed at developing a calm mind.





Gather the fingers into a fist so big was inside, bent. Make a smooth, deep breath and calmly squeeze the fist as if you hold the energy inside and will not allow her to waste (see figure). Loosen your efforts and take a breath. Breathing supports your resolve. You will feel a clear surge of strength.

Perform the exercise 5 times. Repeat it, preserving the order of actions, for the other hand. Most importantly – do not forget about those skills that you need in the moment. Then you will be able to succeed.
