Caring about the environment and at the same time, sentimental nostalgia for the dandified sixties inspired a group of enthusiasts from the company Čezeta motors to restore the production of the legendary Czech scooter Čezeta ("Caseta"). In the updated form, it was electric.
The history of the scooter Čezeta began in 1957 year, the company Česká zbrojovka Strakonice, which, besides the world-famous Czech small arms, the famous creation no less famous motorbikes, motorcycles and scooters. By the middle of the post-war 50's it was the scooters have become the main products of the arms factories in Europe, as demand was incredibly high.
The palm is holding the Italians with their super-fashionable Vespa scooters and Lambrétta, but the Czechs are not afraid of competition and literally planted a pig – "Cezeta". Once we explain for the uninitiated that there is a word play: in a very "well-fed appearance of the scooter is popularly called "prase", that is, a pig. The power of the engine of the new model could be reduced to 9.5 HP, with improved cooling and balancing of thermal stress, thus avoiding overheating of the motor on the rise.

For all time of existence of the scooter Čezeta 502 was issued 72 thousand units. Alas, in 1964, the year the plant was forced to curtail production of the scooter "Cezeta". It's been nearly a century since the release of the latest scooter Čezeta, but collectors and true connoisseurs of retro motorcycles still breathlessly refer to the stylish "pigs".
New electric Čezeta 506, absorbed all the best from the models 501 and 502: preserving the naively futuristic design "stone", it is equipped with the most modern technology. The scooter has low operating costs and substantial Luggage capacity. Maximum speed — 100 km/h, however for safety purposes it is electronically limited to 80 km/h Built-in battery charger connects to almost any power source, including a household outlet.
The electric scooter Čezeta 506 has a direct drive motor integrated in the rear wheel and requires no maintenance. A truly remarkable feature of the engine "Cezeta" 506 is a complete and easy setup with the help of special computer programs.
Čezeta model 506 is equipped with a USB port and built-in Bluetooth speakers for music playback. Special mobile app for smartphone allows you to collect statistics about the riding style, learn the location of the nearest "gas stations" and use other useful functions.
