Diet for veal

Diet veal is included in the list of protein diets. It has its own advantages and disadvantages. The advantages of this diet include the fact that the beef – product diet, and is absorbed better and lighter than beef, and especially pork. The veal is quite nutritious and nourishing product, so feelings of hunger on such a diet you will experience. At this time, from the menu excludes starchy, fatty, sweet and bread of any kind. The diet includes fresh fruits and vegetables, dairy products, eggs and other foods that have a lot of protein.
