53 House – an unusual modern house built in the state of são Paulo (Brazil), specialists from the Brazilian architectural Studio MK27. Unique three-storey building, inscribed in a plot of land with dimensions 10х30 meters.

The structure is a monolithic concrete block, functional decor which is made of wood and glass. However, the external closedness of the house is illusory.

"Smart" system of mechanisms with wooden shutters turns a minimalist fortress open to the sun and environment space, but, if necessary, can hide him from prying eyes and bad weather.





The first floor consists of a living room, on the second traditionally placed bedrooms and the third level is an open terrace that compensates for the lack of territory near the house. Exit to the open space is on the first two floors.

The internal space continues to develop glass-wood theme of the exterior, which soften stylish and cozy pieces of furniture and decor.





Thus, despite the difficult dimensions of the development area and no additional area for patio, House 53 residents received a full dwelling with "the infield".
