Villa Sera is a self-sustaining structure. Its design allows to supply the inhabitants of the house with electricity from solar panels. The supply of such dwellings is established from rainwater collection. And domestic wastewater is not discharged into the sewers, and are carefully collected and used for watering plants. Smart home creates a sort of microcosm that not only reduces greenhouse gas emissions, but contributes to the preservation of the environment.





The architecture of the self-sustaining building designed in the style of hi-tech. Steel and glass elements used in the design of the house, increase the space of room with lots of light and give the building a futuristic look.
Near the house provides greenhouses designed for agriculture and horticulture, and is equipped with innovative heating systems and air circulation. This technique of attracting green ecological diversity will make the house more self-sufficient.
