Water Museum — one of the newest and most popular museums in Kiev, located in the heart of the capital of Ukraine, in the city's first water tower, built in 1872 -1876 g. this Tower is itself a landmark – a monument of architecture of the nineteenth century.


The Museum of water is called the Water information center. Indeed, the main task of the Museum is to tell the visitors about the planet hydrosphere, about water supplies, the disposal of Ukraine, about irreversible processes causes the rash activities of man, and how it affects the environment as a whole. Interesting to see which way the nature does the water that falls to earth with rain, soaking into the ground, passing different layers of soil, going to the underground river.


A part of the exhibition is dynamic, for example, the Museum has a bathroom with taps from which water constantly flows: full bath, full sink, a poorly adjusted flush the tank is a demonstration of the irrational consumption of water.


Swim in the big pool exotic Japanese fish. If you bring a close to the water the palm – fish sometimes jump out and touch you with my lips. Universal surprise and a huge, half-human height, the toilet. In one of the rooms of the Museum arranged a grotto, through which one can see different transformations and States of water: waterfall, rain with thunderstorm.


Water Museum in Kyiv is one of the most interesting for kids. Picking up the shovels, the kids may, at its discretion, to make a sand-bed river. And the most original moment, which is pleasant both to children and adults is blowing bubbles of enormous size.
