LG Touch smartphone as a laptop

Jury LG Mobile Design Competition in November this year highlighted a new and unique concept by awarding the Grand Prix to the Italian designer Andrea Ponti (Andrea Ponti for his project LG Touch. This concept is not just a smartphone, but the real minibook, because the case of this mobile phone consists of two parts allowing it to be folded as well as shut down the laptop.

The author of this work has aimed to create a universal design that combines a deep and complex concept to product everyday use and is able to satisfy the needs and adjust to any user. The main objective of this project was to develop the external design of the phone, so on the technical characteristics of the designer are not covered. But the design and features of this smartphone is really very interesting.

The front panel of the smartphone is equipped with a large (approximately 5 inch) touchscreen, the same display is marked and the back side of this panel. The rear panel accommodates a standard keyboard with a QWERTY layout and a convenient large buttons. A distinctive feature of this keyboard is the ability to change your relief and in addition to conventional keys presented in the form of Braille or to become totally flat.

In addition, it is equipped with high-tech polymer membrane touch surface this smartphone in the truest sense of the word allows you to touch the alleged Internet purchases, feel the texture of the fabric or other surface, offering the user to experience haptic feedback.

Thus, offering to connect when using this smartphone is not only visual but also tactile perception, we can say that the author managed to achieve goals and to create a phone for all users: it without sacrificing functionality easily can be used simultaneously and visually impaired and blind people, and people who do not have health problems, that in itself is incredible.
