New breathtaking office with eco-roof will soon appear in Istanbul. The authors of the project "the Kagithane Gardens" were the architects of the Studio JDS. The Kagithane gardens office complex that will blend in with the surrounding hilly landscape that the building will continue its green terraced roofs.





The Kagithane gardens is a project of the office complex M-shaped form, which will be the first building in the new business district in the Northern part of Istanbul. The daylight due to the shape of the building penetrates it from all sides, the ventilation grids on the glass walls protect the interior from overheating. On the first level "Kagithane Gardens" are shops and the upper floors are reserved mainly for offices of various companies. The whole building is pervaded through-passages that facilitate the movement of the complex.





The Kagithane gardens will be located on 100 thousand sq. m. and in addition to shops and offices there will be fitness clubs and restaurants. From the premises on the upper floors you can get to the terrace and garden on the roof. According to the authors of architects from JDS, Kagithane Gardens are designed to be the catalyst of business life of Istanbul, a project that promotes contemporary culture, architecture and eco-friendly lifestyle. "We have created a project in which the interior space of the office in harmony with the environment.
