1. Biburi, England
Located in West-Central England, in the 19th century, the village Biburi described by the artist William Morris as "the most beautiful village of England." 2. Shirakawa-go, Japan
In 1995 this place was brought in the world heritage list of UNESCO. This Japanese village is famous for its houses with triangular roofs built in the style of "gassho": these buildings are similar to hands folded in prayer. The roof is inclined at an angle of 60 degrees, so in winter to accumulate snow. In this area there are not so many familiar houses, so that Shirakawa-go has become a favorite destination for tourists.




3. Wengen, Switzerland
