It turned out that color and pattern affect the quality and duration of sleep. The most popular colors considered named blue, yellow, green, gray and orange, they promise a good and restful sleep.
Blue and its different shades are considered the best colors for the bedroom, if it goes on sleep quality. Blue bedroom — a favorite among interior decorators, and the child's bedroom, with him in popularity is matched only by pink. White and blue is a stylish combination that will fit perfectly into modern interior.
