Cranberries protect You from harmful products

Experts from Lund University found that lingonberries can prevent weight gain in that case, if the menu of a person if too much fat. In the course of the experiments it became clear that fresh berries cranberries lowers sugar and cholesterol in the blood. Moreover, the researchers tested the effect and the other berries: blackcurrant, blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, vareniki, prunes and acai berries.





It turned out that acai berries, for example, have the opposite effect — their use of threatening weight gain. Conducted an experiment on rats. They were divided into groups — each given a certain kind of berries. Berries accounted for 20% of the total diet of animals. After 3 months it became clear that the best felt is the group that used the cranberries —animal has not gained weight, sugar levels and cholesterol were normal.

On the 2nd and 3rd place were groups that ate black currants and blueberries. Experts claim: secret of the fact that these fruits are a huge number of polyphenols, the mechanism of which is yet to be seen.
