Scientists urged Europe to prepare for the great natural disaster

The expert from Belgium Jean-Pascal van Ypersele argues that in the second half of the 21st century part of Europe is actually in danger of sinking. Under water there can be large coastal cities of London, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Antwerp, Copenhagen.

Part of the European continent in the middle of this century is threatened by flooding, according to RTBF with reference to Professor at the Free University in Brussels, Vice-President of the intergovernmental panel on climate change Jean-Pascal van Ypersele.
The scientist said that the flooding affecting Britain is only a warning. Ypersele argues that natural disasters have caused no sea level rise, and a significant increase in the intensity of rainfall. And this is a consequence of global climate change on Earth and the melting of Arctic ice.

The Professor claims that the melting of ice in the Asset affects the temperature of the world ocean, disrupting the current system of air flow. In the atmosphere increases the concentration of steam, which leads to heavy precipitation. Ypersele said that in the next 30 years Europe expect systematic floods, and after 2050 the situation will only get worse.
