A creative look at the art Hong Yi

The choice of seeds was not accidental. In 2010 AI Weiwei carpeted the floor of the Turbine hall of London's Tate Modern, one hundred million sunflower seeds made of porcelain and painted by hand. For his portrait Hong Yi used conventional sunflower seeds, which before "drawing" counted. The creation of the short-lived picture was taken exactly 100 000 seeds.
