What is the Arrow BIO technology? Sorted and cleaned waste hydromechanical separation of organic and recyclable materials. At the beginning of the unsorted garbage lands on the conveyor belt. Recycle recycling is a scrap and waste of ferrous, non-ferrous metals and alloys; waste polymer materials ( plastic, polypropylene, high density polyethylene); waste glass; as well as polyethylene plastic bags and film recycling.
Of the total mass of waste recycled to 85%. The share of scrap metal accounts for 4% — it goes to the subsequent melting; the proportion of glass and of glass breakage is also 4%, it is used for glass and tile manufacture. The main volume of 30-35% is municipal solid waste organics.
High quality compost is used as fertilizer, multigravity material to the soil. Waste-processing complex uses methane gas as fuel for the electric generator to generate electricity. Half he spends on their needs, and the other half let for sale.
