Healthy dessert: triple mousse oatmeal and blueberries

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese (0,5%) — 140 g
  • Milk (0.5%) — 150 ml
  • Natural yoghurt (or 2.2% to 3.2%) — 100 g (can be less yoghurt)
  • Oatmeal — 20 grams
  • Cocoa powder — 1-2 tsp
  • Blueberries — 180 g
  • Gelatin sheet — 5 sheets
  • The sweetener "Stevia" — to taste
Preparation:

1. Cover the bottom of the form with cling film. This can not be done if you have a suitable silicone mold. Spread on the bottom half (actually, at its sole discretion) of blueberries.

2. Soak the gelatin in cold water. (Gelatin is different as to prepare it for further use, it is better to look on the packaging)
