6 exercises to relax the eyes

The easiest way to preserve vision is to exercise for relaxation of eyes. Daily exercise will help to relieve tension, to avoid redness and dryness. Select 7-10 minute break, sit up straight and relax. Begin!



1. Look to the right and then left, each time expanding the range of the considered objects and their parts. Repeat for 10-15 movements in each direction, close your eyes for 2-3 seconds and repeat the movement of the eyes to the sides 1-2 times.

2. Do the same exercise for the eyes, only glancing up and down, expanding the picture of the environment. Repeat this movement with the eyes up and down 10-15 times 2-3 times with 3-5 second intervals. Eyes during rest should be closed.

3. Do the movement clockwise, making 10-12 circular rotations, then counterclockwise, having made 10-12 eye movements in a circle. Close your eyes and let them rest 3-5 seconds, and then repeat the complex movements of the eyes in a circle.

4. Select a point (object) in front of the eyes and start to consider it carefully, gradually expanding the range of objects in the neighborhood. Repeat the exercise 3-5 times.
