The electric car Thunder Power reserve, 650 km – Taiwanese rival Tesla auto show Frankfurt 2015
On the horizon there is another potential competitor Tesla Motors – staropolska company Thunder Power (Thunder Power) from Taiwan presented its own electric car at the Frankfurt motor show,
which for some pokazatelyam even surpasses the Model S.
All-electric four-door sedan, which is still untitled, will be able to pass on a single charge up to 650 km. The car will be produced in two versions: the first with a power unit of 230 kW (308 HP) and torque of 320 N*m, and the second will be a, 320 kW (428 HP) and 560 N*m. to Dial a "hundred" car (top variant) will be able in less than 5 seconds and maximum speed is 250 km/h.

Both versions will be equipped with lithium-ion batteries with a capacity of 125 kWh, which not only weigh lighter and are cheaper than the modern counterparts, but significantly more durable thanks to an innovative system of balancing the charge. The energy reserve of the batteries according to the manufacturer, will provide a cruising range of electric vehicle is not less than 650 km.
It is reported that the design Thunder Power Sedan was designed by legendary Milanese Studio Zagato, previously participated in the work on creating the most beautiful sports cars. The company also introduced a prototype sports version of the sedan – "Race", however, the technical characteristics of this model are not yet sounded.
The cars Thunder Power will initially be produced in China, and sales are scheduled to begin in 2017. Later, the electric car will be released to the European market. The cost of the basic version will be about 63,000 dollars. published
