Braised cabbage in a pot: there is nothing tastier!

Baked CABBAGE CASSEROLE What you need:

  • (5 servings)
  • 2 medium onions
  • 1 small head of cabbage
  • 300-400 g of sour cabbage
  • 150 g tomato sauce, tomato juice or tomato paste – the choice
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • salt, freshly ground black pepper – to taste
How to cook cabbage stewed in a cauldron:

1. Chop the onion half-rings.

Cabbage finely chopped.

2. In a pot heat vegetable oil and fry the onion until nice Golden color.

3. Pour in a cauldron tomato sauce, cook for a few minutes.
