Pie with cranberry stuffing is an amazing sweet and sour combination of highly beneficial berries, shortbread, and air protein cream.

PIE RECIPE WITH CRANBERRIES

What you need:

Dough:

  • 200 g butter
  • 200 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 1 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 3 tablespoons lingonberry preserves
  • 500 g fresh cranberries
  • 1 egg yolk
  • a pinch of salt
Cream:

  • 230 g sugar
  • 3 protein
  • 70 ml of water
vegetable oil for greasing forms

 

How to prepare cake with cranberries:

1. Softened butter, lay in a deep bowl, add the sour cream and salt. Mix with a whisk until smooth, but in any case not beat. Enter the sifted flour and knead elastic dough. Form a ball, cover with clingfilm and leave in refrigerator for 20 minutes.

2. Roll out the dough into a circle with a thickness of about 7 mm and place it into a baking dish, greased with vegetable oil. Shape bumpers.

3. Sprinkle the dough with breadcrumbs, then evenly spread the cranberry jam and fresh cranberry. The sides of the cake and spread with egg yolk.

4. Preheat the oven to 220°C bake the pie for 30-35 minutes. The finished cakes allow to cool to room temperature.

5. For protein cream will cool 3 protein.

6. In a small saucepan pour water, add sugar. Put on medium heat. Bring the syrup to a boil and cook for 5-7 minutes on low heat, stirring constantly.

7. Remove from the refrigerator whites and beat until stiff peaks. Without turning off the mixer, gently pour the sugar syrup. Beat the mass until then, until the cream is completely cool. Ready protein cream as it should over the top of the cake.published
