Green smoothie with kiwi

For 2 servings you need:
  • 3 tbsp of buckwheat sprouts
  • 2 medium kiwi
  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1/2 large or 1 small pear
  • 1 medium bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1.5 cups of water
 
Peel kiwi and banana from the peel, cut the fruit and send it all together with the sprouts in the blender. When a homogeneous thick cocktail – your smoothie is ready! You can decorate with greens and sprouts.
