Baked trout with walnuts

The recipe is quick and very easy.

Instead of trout you can take any other eviscerated fish of small size (for batch submission), sea bass or Dorado.

You can make the fish on the grill-barbecue: it will bring variety to a series of kebabs and useful to those who do not eat meat. Walnut mixture can be prepared in advance.





For 2 servings

  • Rainbow trout – 500-600 g (2 PCs.)
  • Walnuts – 100 g
  • Garlic – 1-2 cloves
  • Coriander powder – ½ tsp
  • Salt
For serving: pomegranate grains, or pomegranate Narsharab sauce, or herbs and vegetables.

Nuts skip through Mincer, add the chopped garlic and coriander, season with salt, stir and add warm water to make a pasty mass.

This mass of oil the fish inside and out, wrap it in foil tightly and bake in a pre-heated oven for 15 - 20 min at 180 g.

It is important that the foil does not have holes – juice and walnut oil should not leak out and be lost.
For this reason, I recommend to bring to the table portion and right in the foil.
Pepper here, in my opinion, not needed, and the lemon too.

When serving you can sprinkle with Narsharab or simply squeeze over the juice ( a teaspoon for 1 fish). published
